We currently offer worldwide shipping. Whether you're in Europe, North America, Asia, or beyond – we’ll get your PrintFlow3D system to you.
Shipping Costs
Europe:Free shipping on all orders.
Rest of the World (e.g. USA, Canada, Australia, etc.): A flat shipping fee of €30 applies per order.
Shipping Method
We exclusively use express shipping services to ensure fast and secure delivery. A tracking number will be provided as soon as your package is dispatched.
Handling Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.
Estimated Delivery Times
Europe: 1–3 business days
International: 3–7 business days (Delivery times may vary depending on local customs processing.)
Customs & Import Duties
For orders outside the EU, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and must be covered by the recipient.
We do not control these fees and recommend checking with your local customs office for details before placing an order.
Return Policy – 30 Days
Not satisfied? No problem. You can return your PrintFlow3D product within 30 days of delivery – no questions asked. Conditions:
Product must be unused and in original condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part).

Warranty – 2 Years
We stand behind our engineering.
Every PrintFlow3D system comes with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If you experience any issues, just reach out – we’ll find a solution.
