Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your region:
Germany: Free
EU countries: €16.80
Non-EU countries: €25.99
Other destination-specific rates will be displayed during checkout.
Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via DHL Premium International. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your package is dispatched.
Our packaging is optimized for international transit – safe, reliable, fast.
Handling Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Europe: 1–3 business days
International: 3–7 business days (Delivery times may vary depending on local customs processing.)
Customs & Import Duties
For orders shipped outside the EU, your country may apply customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These costs are not included in our prices and must be paid by you upon delivery.
We are not responsible for these charges and cannot estimate them in advance. Please contact your local customs office for more information before ordering.
Return Policy – 30 Days
Not satisfied? No problem. You can return your PrintFlow3D product within 30 days of delivery – no questions asked. Conditions:
Product must be unused and in original condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part).

Warranty – 2 Years
We stand behind our engineering.
Every PrintFlow3D system comes with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If you experience any issues, just reach out – we’ll find a solution.
